Call us to talk about Beach Holidays.
For most of our clients it is a long way to Africa and while a safari is an exciting way to spend your time, it is rarely relaxing, with early morning starts and a lot of travelling typically involved. Hence many people look to combine a safari with a visit to one of the fantastic Indian Ocean beaches in order to get a few days' genuine rest and relaxation soaking up some sun in a luxurious setting.
Although possible destinations here include Lake Malawi, Mozambique or Mauritius, if you are coming directly off a safari in Tanzania then you cannot do better than to choose a beach resort on the Tanzanian mainland, conveniently close to your departure airport of Dar es Salaam, or, even better still, on the idyllic spice island of Zanzibar (together with Pemba and Mafia Island). Here a visit to its historic capital of Stone Town can add an extra dimension to simply relaxing on the beach.
All these destinations provide an excellent chance of glorious weather, beautiful crystal clear waters and a wide selection of quality hotels and resorts to match your requirements. We tend to focus on smaller more intimate hotels, but if you are looking for somewhere larger with more facilities don't be afraid to ask.
